By signing up for or using Zlarix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Zlarix on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Zlarix provides an AI-powered policy assistant that allows employees to ask questions about company documents via Microsoft Teams and Slack. The service includes document upload and management, semantic search, AI-generated answers with citations, and an admin dashboard.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not make changes that materially reduce core functionality without informing you first.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use Zlarix to:
You retain full ownership of all documents and content you upload to Zlarix. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not share your content with other customers.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We use third-party payment processors - your card details are never stored on our servers.
If payment fails, we will notify you and provide a 7-day grace period before suspending the service. Your data will be retained for 30 days after suspension before deletion.
New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you can choose a paid plan or your workspace will be automatically deactivated. Your data is retained for 14 days after trial expiry.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at hello@zlarix.com and we will process it within 5 business days.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to Zlarix until the end of the period you have paid for.

Zlarix generates answers based on the documents you upload. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated answers may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Zlarix is a tool to help employees find information - it does not replace legal, HR, or professional advice.
You are responsible for verifying important answers before acting on them, particularly for legal, compliance, or HR matters.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zlarix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We aim for 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (OpenAI, Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Zlarix after changes constitutes acceptance.
